  1. How do I know if I am eligible for a court ordered refund from Pharmalux Corporation?

    Purchasers of Pharmalux's Sizemax products are eligible to request a refund of uncompensated loss if they never received a full refund from the seller, their credit card company or other party.

  2. How do victims file for a refund from Sizemax?

    Go to www.sizemax-receivership.com for the Request for Compensation filing information or write to Sizemax Receivership, P.O. Box 14050, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. Request for Compensation forms submitted by mail must be postmarked not later than February 13,  2007 and those submitted electronically at the website must be transmitted not later than 11:59 p.m. on the same date. Only a Request for Compensation form provided by the Receiver may be used.

  3. Who handles the refund process?

    Court-appointed Receiver, Lawrence J. Warfield, under the direction of the Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County, is responsible for reimbursing victims.

  5. Once my request for a refund is filed when can I expect the money?

    The Receiver has filed his compensation recommendations with the court. Please see the Receiver's Compensation Report for details. The hearing to rule on the Receiver's recommendations is set for June 18th, 2007. No compensation checks can be mailed before this date. Please check this website after June 18th for further updates.

  6. How many people are eligible for the refund? 

    Sizemax sold products to approximately 15,000 people, but until the Requests for Compensation are filed, reviewed by the Receiver and approved by the Court it is not possible to know the exact number of persons who will be eligible to receive compensation since some are believed to have received a full refund of the money they paid to Pharmalux.

  8. What is Pharmalux?

    Pharmalux was a company based in Scottsdale Arizona which also operated in Nevada and Michigan, that fraudulently sold herbal products.

  9. Why aren’t more these type of fraudulent scams shut down?

    Apparently Arizona is the only state in the country that has successfully shut down a company engaged in the sale of penis, breast and height enlargement products.

  10. I don’t know the exact dollar amount of how much I purchased/I don’t have my credit card that I used anymore, what do I do?
